Flame Retardant Fabric

mainly made by modacrylic fiber,
providing permanent Flame retardancy to fabrics
for upholstery, workwear, childrens apparel purposes
comply with FR standards: BS5852 Part.1, Part.2, NFPA-701, CNS10285 A1.
Our product range: 100% Modacrylic or blended with Cotton, Polyester
                             O.E.  7/1, 10/1, 16/1.
                             Ring  20/1, 20/2, 30/1, 30/2, 40/1, 40/2.

•  Futex yarn provides Futex Flame retardancy to fabrics even when interweaves with other non-FR yarn.
  No topical FR-treatment is necessary when the appropriate FR yarn is interweaved in an appropriate ratio with other non-FR yarns.
  
• No melting or dripping when ignited to prevent secondary burning. Create block layer by Direct carbonization when ignited.
   No spreading the fire when ignited
   No sticking to the skin to cause severe burns.

• Natural hand
  FUTEX produce a finished fabric with a totally natural look and feel. This is an important advantage for furnishing fabrics where comfort and appearance are demanded.
   Can use color dyestuffs of cation (Cation ) to produce distinct color.
  
• Cost reduced
  Because FR of the Futex textiles is inherent and dont need any after-treatments, so it can reduce the total cost to create the FR product.
